Rohit Kumar

Rohit runs BreakOut – An education platform for mid-career and senior executives.
Rohit was the Head of Business for Eko where he has been responsible for 15% MoM growth in business. Rohit has been instrumental in raising their series B investment.

Prior to Eko, Rohit was the Head of Finance and Head of Corporate Pharma business at Pristyn Care where he was responsible for raising the series C round with participation from prestigious global VCs. He was involved in the business model restructuring of the company leading to increased revenue. Pristyn subsequently became the first health tech unicorn in India.

Prior to Pristyn, Rohit was the CFO and Vice President operations for Blackstone’s stressed asset investment platform (IARC). Rohit has served as Director Finance and was on the board of GE Intelligent Platforms, South Asia.

Rohit is a volunteer at startup accelerator BITM Ranchi. He has advised 21 companies to refine their business strategy, go to market, growth initiatives and fundraising. He has also invested in some of those startups.

Rohit is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and an Electrical and Electronics Engineer from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, India.
